PARNASSUS FUNK
Actor, Singer, Teacher, Dancer if the DJ's good
Meet Parnassus!
I am an actor, singer, and teacher raised on the lakeshores of Madison, Wisconsin. Growing up, I sampled every hobby I could, from baseball to french horn to swim team to ceramics to soccer, until late middle school when a friend convinced me to sign up for something called a “musical”. And the rest is history.
While only a few of the skills stuck from my years of exploration, my relentless curiosity has remained steadfast, now harbored and grown into the forefront of my work as a performer and a person.

Some of my favorite credits from my time at Webster University’s Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts include Mrs. Webb in Our Town (dir. Gad Guterman) and Princess Mary/Opera Singer in Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 (dir. Michael Baxter). Offstage, I enjoys laughing with her friends, rereading her favorite novels, and searching for the best vanilla latte I can get my hands on… which I haven't found yet. I am open to recommendations.

Unafraid to sing out, laugh loud, and take up space, I believe theater is a tool for thoughtful contact, and I aspire to energize and inspire audiences with dynamic, creative, and playful art.
